a poem.
spending any time with you
is an oxygen-less thing
my brain goes numb,
grasping at anything
intelligent to say i ask,
“how’s your roommate?”
and comfortable silence is
my comfort zone unless
you’re next to me and
all i wanna do is
interest you with my company
but pretty words fail…
